Eligible defective and non-defective goods may be returned, and exchanges are available. A request must reach us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be new; non-defective returns must also be unused and kept in their original condition.

Once approved, a refund to the original payment method is processed and initiated within 10 days. The financial institution may take extra time to show it. Applicable statutory rights remain unchanged.
